Hi guys i need your assistance with my issue thank you in advance for your help/time.If you need any more information from me i will be more then happy to post ASAP.

Problem is that 30% of time my stream is showing loading icon to my friends and even to me on my second monitor when i watch the stream.
I have fiber optic http://www.speedtest.net/result/4338164916.png so theres no chance of my internet being slow also my friends got decent internet with over 10 upload.

I have problem with JTV ping i have selected the best server with lowest MS speed + jitter but OBS log analyzer still says its a bad choice posting image http://i.imgur.com/VkujZ1z.png also there is this hook conflict problem which is d3d9.dll

Next iam going tho show image of JTV pings server which i choosed while doing nothing and some loading of videos. server i choosed is marked red which should be the best choice.

Idle - http://i.imgur.com/OAawKLH.png
Load - http://i.imgur.com/H5MyL6C.png

Also to make it easier iam uploading txt. log file of 2 minute stream test session.

Since your stream goes from you, to your ISP to twitch ingest to twitch live webservers, your connection is only a small part of where the issue could be. See the below thread:
https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...oads-constantly-for-my-viewers-but-why.18465/

At the point where your viewers (even you) view the stream, it is coming from the live webservers so as long as you adjust your bitrate (and in turn your resolution downscale) to match what your viewers (and twitch web servers) are able to handle, you will reduce the buffering.

Recommendation:
720@30 2500 bitrate. gl!
