1. 30p or 60p?
2. Are you partnered? If not, then your stream won't look very good given the normal bitrates people can stream at when going 1920x1080@30 (ever more so at 60)p.
3. Why the ODD?
4. I only see 1 monitor on that list... 2+ monitors is a must for a good streaming experience.
4b. That monitor seems kinda... no make that really small.
5. Where's the GPU?
6. You don't state if this box will be just streaming, or streaming a console, or streaming+gaming... That makes a huge difference.
6b. If console streaming, where's the capture device?

The answer to the question is yes. That's a solid processor which is the most important part here. Could even overclock above 4ghz depending on how good your heatsink is. Only thing I'd really worry about it is the ram, I've seen my ram usage go above 9GB sometimes depending on what I'm playing / streaming. It shouldn't be an issue for most games but something to keep in mind for the future.

i5s tend to run out of gas not far past 720p@30, or 60 with a good bit of streamlining. Generally they won't hit 1080p both gaming and streaming, even at 30fps, on Veryfast.
