Question / Help Can streaming with i3-4130??

I'm going to upgrade my PC. But i'm considering that i3 with 2cores - 4 thread and the HT can streaming with 720p ? I have GTX 750 ti and 8gb ram. Give me some advsise. Thanks!

you can either stream through qsv or nvenc but x264 is not really an option except maybe 360p30
