Question / Help Can Someone Please Help With My Twitch Alerts?

So, basically I am trying to get my Twitch Alerts to show up on my OBS screen while I am broadcasting live on Twitch. I already have the CLR Browser Plugin and I copied and pasted the link from Twitch Alerts website and it does not seem to appear at all on my screen. Any ideas what can be wrong or what I am doing that is wrong? I am fairly new to OBS, so everything is a bit new to me. Could it also be that the order I may have the Alerts in my Scene affect it from appearing? Do I need a specific size for the Alert box? When I test out the Alerts on preview everything seems to show up and appear. Last question I am unsure about. Do I need to launch the Twitch Alert Box every time I want to broadcast or does it not matter? Sorry for all the question but I am so lost and confused. I kindly appreciate all the help! =) By the way I am using OBS v0.637b on Windows 8.1
