Question / Help Can someone help me get the right settings for obs so i can stream smoothly

Okay so i want to stream H1Z1 and i set the settings to very low on the game and im using game capture this is my speedtest results http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4125364776 and i have a Intel(R) Core(TM) I5-3550 CPU @ 3.30ghz and i have a AMD Radeon HD 6670 and my screen res is 1600x900

600p @48fps or 30fps. 2500-3000bitrate
