Question / Help can someone check my log file and tell me whats the problem

So i have been streaming for quite sometime now and suddenly i cant anymore..... every 2-3 minutes it droppes alot of frames, i have check all the read first threads and nothing helped and called my ISP and they said everything 100% fine, then i literally said to him about my streaming problem and said it can be super sensitive and he checked again some stuff and said everything should be fine, but when i stream everything isnt fine.... and i have tried Xsplit and same problem and i think its worse with xsplit.

I have 100 download and 9 upload

My pc spec:
CPU: i7 5930K 3,50GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 980 Ti Superclocked 6GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 1065MHz

What other servers from twitch have you tried so far?

i have tried all EU servers and feeling lucky so even tried 2 US servers

It's probably something in the internet providers between yours and twitch's then. Not much you can do about it really.
