Question / Help Can only use Monitor Capture. Window/Game not working

I have tried on both 64 and 32 bit OBS, same results. Haven't tried complete reinstall yet, though. I'll have a go at that when I get the chance.

Uninstalled, used CCleaner, reinstalled. No joy.

It seems to be taking a snapshot of the monitor when this issue happens. I had a window in front of the Elite: Dangerous screen and it still captured that window as being there. However, when I moved that window, the stream preview did not update it.

buuu, okay so where is the Windows 10 techpreview test? :P
You could also try older OBS versions if you want as well: https://github.com/jp9000/OBS/releases

Sorry for the HUUGGGEEE delay but I finally got around to installing the windows 10 tech preview. Tried window capture with a few small and simple games (FTL, Binding of Isaac) and the exact same issue is happening. It captures the first frame of the game and then nothing after that.
