Question / Help Can OBS stream any HDMI input?

If I have something like this: http://www.frys.com/product/8019374?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG plugged into the hdmi input on a graphics card, can i stream the input from it, as if it were a monitor?

Graphics cards generally do not have HDMI inputs. You will have to get an HDMI capture card.
