Question / Help Can my pc handle streaming and if so, best settings? (specs inside)

CPU: AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300 6-Core Processor Black Edition

MOBO: Biostar Motherboard A960D+

GPU: dual-x radeon r9 270x

I'm mainly looking into streaming CS:GO and League of Legends. I don't play either game at max settings.
