Hi,

PC Specs:
i5 4690k
gtx sli msi 980s
samsung 840 evo ssd

CPU usage during dota 2: ~30%

Was trying to find the best settings to get a nice crisp 1080p recording to the ssd, and I'm not sure what encoding or bitrates to use :L

your best bet is to use NVENC but I will say, that SLI might cause issues with capturing and you'll have to probably disable it at some point. NVENC with a 980 should do 1080@60 for local recording, or you could try quicksync instead, that will do it as long as you change the preset to balanced then set the buffer to 0, which will give the file a higher bitrate but same good quality.
