Question / Help Can I use OBS and stream this on this Laptop?

So Im not 100% sure what the specific specs I need to actually stream using OBS. I plan to play low end games (meaning not HD games or Games requiring a high end graphics card).

The laptop in question is this one:

are they compatible so that I can even get the stream off the ground?

In theory the laptop might be able to run OBS. But its definitely not meant to stream and run a game at the same time. You will have to lower your settings dramatically to get a stream running.
I would at least recommend a quadcore in the i5 range to stream and play on one PC.
