Question / Help Can I stream?

[Alienation v2]

I have tried to stream many times now and it is very laggy while streaming CS:GO. I was wondering if my computer is capable of streaming? What does it lack?

-specs
cpu: AMD Athlon X4 760k quad core (3.80GHz)
gpu: MSI R7 260X
ram: 8gb
os: windows 8.1

Ping: 20 ms
Download Speed: 15.28 Mbps
Upload Speed: 1.62 Mbps

Downscale to 480p and limit bitrate to around 1000. FPS to 30.
If it runs this, you can try higher resolutions until it starts lagging again but with your upload anything higher than 480p will look not very good anyway.

change your x264 preset to superfast, and if its still laggy, try ultrafast.
