Question / Help Can I stream with my upload speed?

768k up, or 3/4 of 1m. I'm well aware the quality wont be exactly great, but it seems like it would be a lot of fun to do anyway! Would it be possible? If so what settings? If it matters I'd want to do stuff like toxikk, wolfenstien new order, skyrim, maybe minecraft and some other indie games. Oh and I'm planing to use the AMD VCE fork of obs if it matters.
