Can i set up an automatic timer, set for different duration, that will reset it self, and start over again?

Hi, this is my first post on this forum.

I am setting up a live stream training course and would like to automate as many processes as possible. Everything from switching scenes to resetting a visual timer.

Do someone know of a plugin or solution to set up an automatic timer which is set for different duration, and continues automatically?

As an instructor, I have already planned out the training course and set duration for how long each exercise last.
I would like to set up the timer at forhand so i can let the stream go automatically, and i can focus on the exercises.
A training schedule could look like this:
5 minute: Introduction and warm up.
2 minute: training exercise 1
30 seconds: relax
2 minute: training exercise 2
30 seconds: relax
2 minute: training exercise 3
30 seconds: relax
3 minute: introduction to the next set
2 minute: training exercise 1
30 seconds: relax
2 minute: training exercise 2
30 seconds: relax
2 minute: training exercise 3
30 seconds: relax
3 minutes: rest
5 minutes: round up and ending of the stream
My question here is if there is a solution where i can put in my program in a list, and then the timer will automatically run through the set program without me needing to reset the timer manually each time.

Thank you, Herman.

Install the Advanced Scene Switcher plugin. On the "Sequence" tab you can set each scene to switch to another scene after a specified amount of time. Set it so the intro and warmup scene switches after 5 minutes to the training exercise 1, and set that scene so it moves to the relax scene after 2 minutes, and so on. Your entire presentation sequence and timing can be set up with this plugin.
