Question / Help Can I Record Gameplay Audio Separately from my Microphone and Skype

Okay, so I'm beginning recording Borderlands The Pre-Sequel for my Youtube channel. A friend of mine is joing me for a co-op playthrough. We use Skype to talk to each other. My issue is OBS compiles all the audio from the game, my mic and my friends voice through Skype onto one audio file. When I import this to edit it down, if I try to sync up audio to video, I move all the audio. So to fix this, is there a way to record those three channels (Game, my mic, and Skype) onto separate files?

I believe this is possible with external software like "Virtual Audio Cable" & "Audacity" but there is no built-in feature for this.

I believe if you had a dedicated soundcard installed you could route the gamesounds over it while routing the system sounds (skype included) through the onboard soundcard. In this scenario you could tell OBS to only listen to the dedicated soundcard.

Alright, thanks guys! I do plan to get a dedicated sound card, but in the mean time I'll give virtual audio cable a shot.
