Question / Help Can I record 4K gameplay?

I was thinking about getting a 4k screen sometime in the future and I would like to be able to record 4k without losing much fps like we do now for 1080 with quicksync ,vce etc...Is there anyway I can record 4k gameplay with my build without losing much fps?If there isn t, is there any cheaper compnent I can change for other to be able to do it?

2x r9 295x2
i7 4790k
16gb dd3 ram
