Question / Help Can i make live with this internet?

Hello, i want to know if i can livestream with this internet.
Im in Danmark, but im Romanian..so i know this is not a good internet, in my country i have a very good internet.. :(

Processor : AMD A10-5745M APU WITH RADEON (tm) HD GRAPHICS 4CPUs 2.1GHz
VIDEO : AMD RADEON TM HD 8610G (5604)MB
Memory : 8192MB RAM.

If you put your video settings while streaming to 720p30 you should be okay streaming with a max bitrate of 2500 and a buffer size of 3000, if that doesnt help sorry because i'm having some trouble as well
