Question / Help Can I change from FLV files to something else?

When I try to put FLV files recorded with OBS into Adobe Premier, Sony Vegas pro or any other editing programs it wont accept it and says "File not supported". Even though Premier is suppose to handle FLV.

I really want to edit my videos but I dont want to change recording program. Any help?
