Can hear audio, stream can't

So, I'm not entirely sure how long this has been happening, but I have recently realized that my stream can't hear any audio other than my mic even though I can hear everything. I have my game audio coming through game capture in OBS, and I have some music coming from my ipad hooked into my computer via the audio input.

I have looked on youtube for answers, and they all only tell me the same things that I keep checking. OBS recognizes the audio, I can personally hear it, and it is set to "monitor and output" on track 1 (which is where I'm told is the track for the stream).

Can anyone give me any suggestions?
 
This issue has been resolved. I apparently had my desktop audio set to "monitor only," which I guess is a problem when you want to stream your audio. Had no idea it was that important. Lesson learned!!
