CamLink just stopped being recognised in OBS Studio

As of today, my CamLink just stopped being recognised in OBS Studio 26.0.2 (64bit). It's still working in Discord, Elgato 4k Capture Utility etc. Only in OBS Studio it's not being recognised. I even deleted the source and added it again: Still not working.

Since yesterday I haven't changed anything, so it's pretty weird to me. Everything used to work just fine so far.

Anyone able to help me pls?

thanks for your reply.
Seriously: I just started OBS in non-admin for the logfile. :) Usually I'm running it as admin - of course.


I tried what you told me:
1) Deleted all audio sources beside one, so I only have one sample rate.
(I guess it doesn't make a difference, if I change sample rates or just delete other audio sources, for testing.)
2) Deactivated Game DVR
3) I also checked the windows camera settings and OBS has permissions here.

Still no CamLink visible in my OBS.
Still visible in Discord and 4k Capture Utility (I tried for testing).

Any other suggestions?

schmeiß mal den elgato Rotz einmal runter den camlink einmal im Hardware Manager deinstallieren und dann nochmal neu.
wenn das nichts hilft, schau mal ob nen Windowsupdate inner pipe steht das vieleicht nicht geklappt hat notfalls nutz den Windows update Assistent https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/3159635/windows-10-update-assistant

Da komme ich hier her, um meine Lösung zu posten und sehe, dass Du mir exakt DAS als Lösungsweg vorschlägst. Hätte ich aber auch vorher selbst drauf kommen sollen. CamLink im GM deinstalled, in einen neuen USB-Port gesteckt und taddaaa: Läuft wieder.
