Question / Help Camera speed issue when streaming World of Warcraft.

I've only experienced this bug while streaming WoW.
Anytime im ingame streaming while playing wow and i right click and drag the mouse to move the camera, it moves extremly super fast no matter what DPI my mouse is set to.
Any ideas to what might be causing this?
