Moving from OSX to Windows on a new computer, have been setting up OBS.
I've set the global offset for audio to 1400 as recommended and this is working fine.
But I'm trying to delay the webcam capture as well.
When I go into properties and set the buffer time and hit okay, this works but the delay immediately begins to become smaller and smaller till there is none at all. The longer I set the buffer for the more noticeable it is, but always after a few seconds the delay is gone.
How to I keep the delay from disappearing?
