when i am applying background image to main window it automatically gets applied on child widgets. How can i avoid displaying background image on child widgets?

If widget has name - use it in your qss file.

I want a NonModal obs without any title bar minimize maximize and close buttons

Read Qt docs (Qt::WindowFlags etc.). You talking about heavy customization and it lies out of the OBS Studio's "Themes" concept. You need to modify existing window types and build almost new UI (theme + controls). In other words - if you wish "round" main window of OBS, then you need to build it from the scratch, step-by-step.

I have displayed the window in NonModal window. But now i am unable to move it or relocate it using my mouse. How can i do that?

when i add game capture in open source project... no preview is displayed it always shows black screen.
