Question / Help Buffering stream & Overall crappy quality

Hey,

I been having some issues with my streaming since I started, mostly it is the buffering for others. My best guess is that my settings aren't good or something. I tried googling my way to it but with no success.

Here are my specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780
Memory 16 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9600), 64-bit

Upspeed: 63,67 Mbit/s
Downspeed: 96,86 Mbit/s
Fiber connection.

The sweet spot for twitch is, 720p 30fps and 2000kbps.

Thanks, But what about cbr paddling and buffer size etc?

Just leave custom buffer size disabled, CBR padding doesn't matter much.

Ill try the new settings, though if I have 720/720 the screen size will get very small...? ;p
