Question / Help Buffering problem, what I am doing wrong?

Hello there, I've been streaming for about a year now with OBS, I'm quite happy about it, problem is, 80% of the people who watch my stream tell me they have (and I do to when I watch my own stream) a 3 to 6 seconds buffering (you know the little circle in the middle of the screen) every 30 seconds or so. I've tried everything, my computer is good enough, my internet is good, this is my speedtest to Frankfurt (it seems to be the best server in Europe for Twitch from what I've read) :

I am completely lost as what I could do to fix this for my viewers.

I've searched all over google, found multiple threads of people complaining, tried solutions so I could fix this problem for MY twitch, but I just wonder if there is something wrong with the log, I've tried tweaking every settings in OBS, I'm just lost, please help me :3

You should try different servers, I personally only use frankfurt as the last option, though I am located in germany.
Apart of that, its mostly not your "fault", its just twitch not being able to keep up. You could lower your bitrate and test with around 2000kbit, or test streaming to hitbox.tv and see if you get buffering problems there.
