Question / Help buffering and jumping while streaming

i need help i cant stream with any bitrate at all without that fking buffering thing they added on twitch is there anything i can do ? i got 100/mbit up and down so my internet should be able to stream :S add me on skype if needed - captainsill

I'm not entirely sure what specific problem you're having, twitch is buffering? I'm not entirely sure if that's due to your settings or not, it shouldn't be as far as I know, just as long as you can actually maintain your bitrate. Have you confirmed that it happens with all viewers? Or just your tests? Did yo utry other servers?
 
tried other servers and still its buffering for most of the viewers. i tried to lower my bitrate like hell but still buffering its like a little buffering window i can show u on stream if u want ?
