Question / Help buffering a lot more after last update

I have streamed a few times this weekend and noticed the VOD on Twitch buffering quite a bit and it wasn't this bad for non-online games. I streamed Slender the arrival last night and looking at the video for it, it is buffering/laggy in some parts and I don't understand why. When I streamed the walking dead not long ago, before this last update, it didn't buffer once, but now it is and I'm using the same settings in obs.

Can you post OBS log files from before it started with the buffering problems, and one from when the problems do occur?
