I believe the Netgear Nighthawk routers are the only ones with CoDel to help with bottlenecked buffers. I use PFSense as a free UTM and Router with CoDel, HFSC, RED, and other QoS algorithms to help with bufferbloat. It's the fault of some ISP's and the continued use of consumer routers with outdated or non-implemented QoS.
