Question / Help Buffer problem?

Hey there!

I started streaming again after a long time.
But now when i stream, my stream actually seems to be buffering every 10 second if not sooner.
I wonder what might be wrong or if there is something wrong in my settings.

Also i tried to use gamecapture but that just gives me a blackscreen.
Already went to the nvidia settings to set all to high preformance but that didn't help for the gamecapture.

Trying to capture osbuddy client. not sure if that is possible or not.



Any help in settings will be awesome. any more information that might be needed? let me know ;)

alright i've read trough this page. what should be a suitable bitrate to stream around 30 fps. i'm sorry if i said something stupid :P

720p30 at 2000kbit is the ideal target, because it minimizes quality impact while maximizing potential viewers.
