Question / Help Buffer both for me and viewers

Every 30 to 90sec my stream starts to buffer for me and viewers. I have tried to try different bitrates, diffrent server(stockholm,amsterdam and frankfurt). I have 10/10 so it shouldnt be a problem with my connection ;<
Yes I have read Jack0rs sticky about buffering.

I just want to be sure none of my options are wrong

Chances are that if you followed the thread and are still having issues, there's not much you can do about it aside from using a different content delivery service. It's just a result of how the website's servers are set up.

Bredband2 AB, here in sweden we get 10/10 connection for each student at my uni

Ok was curious, some ISPS traffic shape so they throttle upload speeds if youve uploaded a set amount over a specific period of time

EDIT: Seems like my providers are up to something because I cant even watch my own stream anymore, but others can. Its not only me but others using Bredband2
