Question / Help BrowserSource pop-up window won't open?

When I use OBS for my streaming purposes, I wish to use the BrowserSource to display the live chat. But the chat only seems to show on OBS Studio, and not on my screen. When I searched for how to show chat on my computer screen, I saw that some of the videos showed their BrowserSource had the pop-up window, which didn't show how to do it. If anyone has an answer to this small dilemma of mine, your response would be highly appreciated.

You go to your own channel, pop out the chat in a normal browser, and then copy that link to the browser source.

I have tried that and it works but it needs to not only be transparent but I have to be able to see when i'm streaming in a game.

Can you provide the exact link for the pop-out chat you are using?

I just tested against my own channel, and it works fine here.

That link does not work for me in a normal browser window. Are you certain that's the correct link?

Yes it works, and shows up in OBS, but the second window that's supposed to show up doesn't. I downloaded the OBS Studio that had BrowserSource with it.

That in the corner, it's in front of OBS Studio and Right next to the BrowserSource window. How is it there? Is it because of windows?

Yes on youtube you can pop out the live chat, but that picture shows that man simply opening BrowserSource and the window shows up, but when I open BrowserSource no window shows up for me.

I think you're still confused. You have to actually put the URL into the browser source. Browser source does not capture your browser, it's an actual web browser itself.

See the URL field in the screenshot you linked? Paste the URL for the popout chat there, and hit OK.
