Question / Help broadcasting to another user (basicly like screensharing)

what i'm wondering here is, sometimes, i want to stream a game to one of my friends, so twitch is fine for that, but, sometimes i also want to watch some videos at the same time, so is there any website, or feature that could let me do that, preferrably with as little delay as possible, so we can react at the same time, i use Teamviewer, but we'd like something that gives better framerate than teamviewer

Skype share screen would not work ?

my friend's computer bluescreens as soon as skype starts, we haven't found a fix for it, also his laptop isnt the best in terms of performance either

Well...

If his skype causes bluescreen, then I think that is what u need to look into.
Format c: and Hardware test like memtest is verry high suggestions.

Google Hangouts has screenshare, and its better than Skype.

You could also try GoToMeeting.
