Hello, i want private broadcast movies to my SO, so we can watch movie together.
I tried to find a guide to do that but didn't find one.

Can i use OBS to do that? If yes how?
What should my SO use to read the movie i broadcast her?

If you wish yo help me, i'll provide you as much info as i can so we succeed.
Thank you for your answers.

No, not really. OBS is meant for livestreaming as a content creator to a replication site. It's not meant for peer-to-peer video sharing or copyright infringement (even privately).

I didn't ask anything about copy infringement. So please don't ignite my topic with another one thank you.

i don't want to synchronize ( 3..2..1 go) for each file it's very annoying, we want to listen to music and sing also :/

You realize that even with OBS, you would still have a significant (3-6 second) delay even if you did make it work, right? Thanks to RTMP and the encoding/transit/decoding delay time?

Again, OBS isn't meant for peer-to-peer sharing.

Trying to stream from one person to the other and keep things in sync is more annoying. I've been in a similar position before and the countdown was really the simplest and easiest thing to do.
