Question / Help Brand new to OBS and Mac - problems

Hi I intend to live stream to Facebook on Sunday and have downloaded OBS to do so. I can't work out what Source I need for video stream. Also my laptop camera seems to be blocking things and despite much Googling and changing Settings continues to do so. i am using latest Chrome browser. HELP!

What video source you need depends on what you are using to stream. Are you using something other than your laptop's built in camera?
