Question / Help Brand new coomputer. Cant extract :(

Hey All,
I just built a beast of a machine and I've been streaming for a little while. Im attempting to add the CLR Broswer Source plugin and cannot. My issue is below and attached.

While Using 7-Zip to extract the files I wast able to extract the main program and .dll files. Any suggestions??

You need admin permissions to write to that folder. Also you're extracting it completely wrong but I'm sure you'll figure that out later :D
