Question / Help Blurry when activity picks up

I just downloaded OBS. It looks fantastic. But when I started to watch the playback of the first few test videos I did, I noticed that while standing still in my game everything seemed fine. But when I moved and things were happening in the game it got super blurry. Blurry enough to where you couldn't see anything. By blurry I mean pixaleted. Any advice or help on how to fix this?

How do I put my settings on here? I haven't changed much from default though. Just played with the resolution downsizing too see if that helped and it didn't.

up your bit rate from 1000 to atleast 3000 and drop your out put resolution (downscale) to 720p (1280x720)

Well that made it look a lot better. but it's still a tad blurry. Would upping the bit rate any higher help? If it wont, it's fine as it is. Thanks.

max really is 3500 you could try changing the preset down to fast from faster but it puts alot more strain on cpu
