I'm using QuickSync and this always seems to be the issue. My computer specs are also on that twitch page for reference, and I am using the appropriate amount of upload bitrate which is 3500 and I have up to 5700 kbps to use.
This is really holding me back from streaming and it's very frustrating. I'll also attach my OBS options
