Question / Help Blurry video, need support with Settings

I'm currently having issues with OBS Settings i've seen streams with perfect sharp crisp image at 720p60FPS this is no issue for my computer, hell I can stream at 1080p60fps on the Fast Preset. The Issue I am having is theirs pixelations in my stream specially when I stream Garry's Mod or something along High motion games. Attached is my OBS Logs and the Video Demo to show what I mean

This is normal, the bitrate that you're trying to stream at is not enough for 720p60fps especially with scenes that has a lot of motion and screen movement in it. If you still want to maintain more details at this point change the audio bitrate to AAC 96 increase the video bitrate to 2600kbps, drop the fps to 30 and the change the preset to medium.

Looking at both videos they're not exactly same.. One is smooth and blocky the other is less fluid but better especially since you've also increased the video bitrate by 300kbps. You could probably bump the bitrate all the way up 3500kbps with 128kbps of audio if you want something significant but also at the cost of having a lesser watchable stream.

The thing is I've seen streams easy get to 720p60FPS and be able to stream for many people, It's both Smooth Crisp and the image is Sharp I know my computer is capbable of managing such it's just in the settings. I know this isn't impossible cause streamers like Juicetra, Goldglove, ManvsGame and Lethalfrag all have it

Change your OBS base resolution back to 1920x1080 and use the downscale feature if you want to stream at a sharper 720p.

Found out the issue, it's mainly because I don't have an Nvida card, and i'm not joking I tested and swapped out my video cards and looked smooth, Must be the Cuda cores

Just a heads up, most big streamers end up using two computers, one that is for games, and the other for encoding.

Based off of your first log, you are streaming at 2500kbps, 720p and at 60 fps. the FPS is a bit high for that bit rate, especially when combined with the veryfast preset.

Im not sure what game you want to stream, but your CPU should be able to handle faster or even maybe fast.

Another tip, try streaming at 45 FPS. This way your CPU isnt overburdened and your video quality will go up.

The streamers I listed excluding LethalFrag only use one computer, I figured it out cause all the streamers I asked said the same thing, it's the new Nvidia cards they have
