I get no error message on OBS but I still feel like my stream looks a little bit blurry when there is too much movement.
I am streaming at 864p with 20fps (the game I play runs at 20fps max itself) with 2900kb/s bitrate (my upload allows me to increase this without any problem, but then many of my viewers wont be able to watch it without lag).
I have a very moderate knowledge of the x264 encoder settings, but I have found out that reducing the "subme" paramether makes my stream less blurry. However, even on high "subme" levels (I can stream at 10) I get no error warnings from OBS, but the stream blurrs a little bit.
Does this mean that by increasing the subme I also need to increase the bitrate? Or is there any other paramether that could be causing the blurryness?
