Hey all,
When I stream I have reasonable quality, but at times when I move quickly the whole screen becomes a blur of pixilation.
Here are my settings and PC info:
CPU - i7 3632qm
RAM - 8gb DDR3
GPU - Intel HD Graphics 4000
Upload Speed - 10 Mbs
Down Speed - 30 Mbs
Settings:
x264
Use CBR
Enable CBR Padding
Bitrate 3000
Buffer 3500
Use Multi thread
Process class Above Normal
CPU Preset Faster
Encoding Profile Main
Use CFR
Costom x264 Encoder settings - crf+1
