Question / Help Blurred videos

Hey Guys i hope you can help me with my blurred videos.
When i play Arma II or Arma III and i run trouhg grass its blurred.
But when i stand still everything is fine.

PC-Specs :
I7 3930K
16GB Ram 1300Mhz
GTX Titan
Win 7 64Bit

Internet:
Downstream: 57.27Mbps
Upstream: 5.78Mbps

Stream settings:
CBR enable
CBR padding enable
Max Bitrate & buffer 3000
Video is 1080p downskaled @ 1280x720 with filter Bilinear
45FPS
Multithread enable , Higher than normal
x264 CPU fast
x264 encoding high
Use CFR checked



Hope you guys can give me some hints.

Disable grass (if possible) and your stream will look much better. The encoder does not like grass, especially if it's moving grass.

That's kind of just how it goes with grass in Arma 2/3. x264 just has a hard time compressing it to make it look good. You're already encoding at the fast preset. The only other thing you could do is increase your bit rate. You could also try dropping your frame rate back to 30, since you won't have to spend as much bit rate on more frames.
