Question / Help Blurred Stream

Ok, so I have FIOS. My ping is fantastic, and my upload/download speeds are pretty decent, 150MB/s with around a 3-4 ms ping.

But my problem is that even when tweaking OBS settings, my images are not as clear as I would like them to be. I really like streaming my games, since it saves me space on my hard drive to FRAPS the games.

This is my latest video on youtube from twitch... you can see how the image quality is not as good as it should be, or as sharp.

Also, my mic keeps getting disconnected.... and I didn't even notice. The video excludes all of my commentary, which is disappointing.

Made a quick edit, to show my internet speed being consistent .

Also, any ideas, suggestions? Do I need more hardware, tweak the hardware, tweak OBS settings, murder someone from Twitch? I am open minded.

Twitch only allows a bitrate of up to 3500 Kbps. Reduce output to maybe 1280x720 may look better?

You may also try obs-multiplatform version.
