Question / Help Blur Stream With Good Internet And Hardware

Hello everyone!, i tried recently to stream on YT and i saw that my stream is blur, and have only 720p 60 fps resolution.
is there any way to get 1080p 60 fps and remove blur?

My Specs Is

OS Win 10 Pro
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU RADEON RX580 8 GB
RAM 16 GB

Use something other than the AMD encoder, it sucks at low bitrates. Or increase your bitrate to 50mbps or something.

Go into the OBS settings, then go to output and change the bitrate there. I think 50mbps is a bit high as most platforms have a cap on bitrates. I'd say put it to the max bitrate allowed on whatever platform you're streaming to. As for streaming at 1080p/60, it looks like your base resolution is only 1366x768 and your output resolution is 1280x720. If I remember correctly, you can't upscale the output resolution. So if you change your computers resolution to say 1920x1080 then you should be able to change the output to 1920x1080. But the big issue is most streaming platforms like twitch only allow 720p resolution.

If any of what I've said is incorrect, please correct me.

Hi! i have a monitor with 1366x768 resolution, and set the output to 1920x1080 so i got 1080p 60 fps stream on youtube, but its a little bit blurry, so its ok for amd gfx card?
