Question / Help Blue Snowball Microphone Cuts Out Only When Streaming

Hey guys I just got a Blue Snowball microphone about a week ago and I have been having a problem where the mic will cut out for a second of two then come back on. This seems to only happen when I am streaming using OBS. Even when I record with OBS there is no cutting out.

Things I have tried:
-New Cable
-Reinstall Drivers
-Increasing Buffering Time in advanced settings
-Different USB ports
-Noise gate on/off

Because both devices are usb and they're sharing limited bandwidth. There might not be enough for both with your webcam at its max resolution.
