Question / Help Blotchy stream

Alright so now im past the mic issue got that fixed only problem i seem to be annoyed with atm is blotchy stream video only when in motion, im playing and streaming at 60fps on ultra settings for world of warcraft. ive tried going down all the way to fair settings but still nothing, my cpu / gpu arnt being stressed at all, so im not sure what might be the problem. any ideas?

Yep. 1080p on 1000kbps is nowhere CLOSE to enough. It's going to look extremely poor with that little bandwidth, and that high a resolution. Especially with a high-motion game (all first and over-shoulder third-person games are high motion, as almost the entire screen is constantly in motion).
