Question / Help Blinking Black Screen While Recording

Hi! There's something wrong with my OBS when I record. It just flashes black every other frame and it's really annoying. I've tried to fix it for like 2 hours and still haven't found the solution. I really need help! Thanks!

The 2 main Points . (read carefully)
1: open obs setting/ video / check on (disable aero) / hit apply and ok .
2: go to open source / add game capture / properties / in application (the game you want to record select & if game name not show in application field simply run the game then minimize game screen and refresh application field it will show the game . select and hit ok.
