Hey guys my stream is running fine as long as you are watching on a PC. However, nobody can see anything if they're trying to watch on their mobile Device. Audio is going through but not video. Any ideas>? All drivers are up to date, OBS is up to date...

That's a question for whatever platform you're streaming to. If desktop viewers are getting the image, then OBS is functioning properly.

No. But if any viewer is getting the stream properly, it means the streaming platform received it. If they are sending it to mobile devices in a way that they can't decode, or without the video stream, then it's either an error on their end, on the viewers's end, or there's a specific requirement for what you need to send them in order to reach mobile viewers, in which case they need to tell you what it is.

I livestream regularly on YouTube, Twitch and Mixer and I have yet to see an issue where a desktop user could view the stream but a mobile viewer could not.

Okay thank you. I'll look more into it when I get home!
