Question / Help Blackscreen on OBS from Intensity Shuttle + Nikon D750

I am losing hair an hope over this, this is my setup:

BlackMagic Intensity Shuttle USB 3
Nikon D750 DSLR
i7/32GB RAM/GTX 970/Intell PCiE SSD
Windows 10

My steps:

1. open Desktop Video utility (BlacMagic)
2. set input to DVI/720p60 (matched on the camera) and save
3. turn on camera
4. cry my eyeballs out...

The very moment I turn the camera on, the settings on the Desktop Video utility reset to NTSC...

Anyone have a clue what is going on here? All software is up to date, including Windows

Get Desktop Video 10.2, the one where they first updated their drivers to actually support intel usb chipsets. When they switched to this newer UI they also completely broke the shuttle somehow, typical Blackmagic support. No idea if it'll work on windows 10 though, but on 8.1 the 10.2 drivers are good.
