Question / Help Blackmagic Shuttle - Bad Robot Audio

Zombified

I am trying to stream video from a Sony handycan live to youtube. I have the Handycam connected to the shuttle by a HDMI cable. Then the shuttle is connected to my my computer via USB 3.0. The audio being picked up sounds very bad. It picks up a lot of fuzz when I am not talking. While I am talking the audio is grainy, echos, almost like a robot. The audio is so bad that the video is unwatchable.I have read multiple post about the intensity shuttle and have tried everything I can think of. I will post my computer and software specs, with screen shots below. If anyone has any suggestions for me please post...
