Blackmagic Decklink input issue

I maintain a couple of OBS systems and suddenly started running into a strange issue with one all of a sudden. It is a Windows 11 system with a few BlackMagic SDI and HDMI cards. Everything is up to date software and firmware wise. For some reason OBS will no longer see video from the Decklink Duo SDI card on input 1, but has no problem with input 2 on the same card. Can still select 1 in the input menu in OBS, but it just sees nothing.

BlackMagic Media express on the other hand, sees and displays video from both of the inputs with no problems at all. Any ideas?

Same for me - last two weeks. BM Desktop Setup shows that the signal is coming in on Input 1, and once OBS starts - it stops seeing any signal on that input. All other inputs work fine.
